Nice property for a short stay

The apartment was great for a weekend stay. Very clean and close to downtown. The only negative is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the pictures of the apartment don't do this place any justice. It's even more beautiful in person. Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they were very fast to respond. I will definitely stay here again

Overall OK, but owner was horribly rude

The property is ok, cheap furnishings, but it was clean. Location and building is a little less desirable, although just a block or two over was a great neighborhood of houses. My biggest compliant was with getting into the unit at check-in and a very rude owner. We had issues with the keypad - our code wasn't working after standing around trying for 25 minutes. Looked through all the communication from the owner and VRBO and didn't find the owner/manager's cell phone number provided anywhere. Called VRBO who got through to the owner/manager. She was very rude, condescending and flippant to me. Once we were in the unit, it was comfortable enough. Water pressure in the shower was really low, kitchen supplies were meager, mismatched, and cheap. But it was a good location for what we had planned for the trip.

It’s great on the inside

The inside of the property was fine.. clean, as described.. The neighborhood was a bit iffy. But I suspect that’s why it was priced the way it was. Some of the other guests were kinda sus (8 units total I think). One was drugged out of her mind. Another guest partied till 4am one night and then proceeded to have loud sex for an hour.

Rough East Dallas

So the inside of the apartment was nice and clean. I did have to avoid lots of broken glass in the parking lot and some shady folks smoking in the staircase. It’s sad this neighborhood I used to live in was quiet 15 years ago, now days I think the addicts and criminals have taken over. If you’re bringing your family avoid. If you are young and don’t mind lots of weed smoke its chill. Didn’t feel unsafe in the day time but I was not going outside at night.
