"Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem das 24/7 Taxi nicht erreichbar war, wurde ein Taxi um 03:30Uhr kurz vorher bestellt. Super netter service. sehr Positiv: Personal und Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Transfer zum Airport dauert ca. 10min und kostet <600TRY = 11€ Negativ: Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer und Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken und Toilettenspülung."

"Staff were super helpful and friendly even cooked us a meal when we turned up at midnight after our flight got cancelled. Let us use a room for late checkout the next day as our flight was late at night and helped with taxi to the airport.
