"Clean and comfortable room. Ours was a Superior Twin Room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room overlooked a community garden or farmland.
The buffet breakfast was nice. We have been to Japan many times. This is the only hotel buffet breakfast that offers customers the chance to put together their own Tonkotsu Ramen! And it was delicious. You can add sesame and/or shallots to it. The hotel even provides a timer for you to time the cooking time!
And having the complimentary bus from Narita Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Narita Station is very handy. "
"Breakfast was amazing. The staff were so helpful. They went out of their way to help. The room service ladies were so courteous. Thank you and much respect. "
"Excellent check in, excellent room (some older furnishings). Everything was clean and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with omelets made the way you might want them. Fresh fruit and breads. "
