"We were upgraded to a premium room with a large outside balcony. There were several chairs and lights on the balcony. Overlooked the Tiergarten. The hotel is five levels, which is very nice. It was primarily couples and a few business people and perhaps one or two people with children people. The bar area is very nice and there’s a nice sitting area outside the bar which has great sunshine and has a view onto the zoo.
