Wonderful, peaceful cabin in the woods

We enjoyed our stay! Extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very close to Dahlonega and the many wineries and nature locations.

Five Star Stay!

We loved everything about this cabin! Location, cleanliness, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The photos don’t do it justice and the communication with the owners was 5 stars as well. You can tell that the owners truly care about this property as it is well maintained. I highly recommend this cabin and we will be back!

Great house!

The house was very nice and had everything that we needed. At the end of our daily activities, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and game room. We would happily book this property again in the future.

Idyllic Cabin Getaway

Everything about this cabin was wonderful. There was something for all ages to enjoy. My grandchildren loved the hot tub and games. I enjoyed having my tea on the screened porch and being surrounded by nature. All-in-all, an idyllic cabin getaway.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our crew. The location was ideal - secluded enough for piece and quiet, but close enough to everything we needed in town. With plenty of room for everyone, our group of 8 enjoyed our stay without feeling cramped. The amenities offered something for everyone to keep us entertained without leaving the house. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Girls' Weekend retreat! David responded quickly to our questions about lighting the fireplace. I think written directions (could be in the guest book) would have been helpful and we probably would not have had to contact him. Kitchen is very well equipped! The hot tub was not turned on, so we had to wait to use it the second night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Great Mountain Retreat!

Easiest entry, got in on the first try. Great floor plan! Very clean! Sleeps 8. 3 large beds, and a daybed with trundle in the well equipped rec room. We saw many deer and Pileated woodpeckers!

Beautiful home!

What an incredibly beautiful house and location. It’s built into the mountain and has both a deck and screen porch. We could have stayed on the deck all day watching the trees and birds. It’s someone’s second home and so full of comfortable furniture, beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I wish that we could have stayed longer!

Hot tub was not working. We got it to turn on, but after an hour of waiting it was still not warm enough. Otherwise, property was perfect and comfortable. I did have an issue getting the streaming service on the TV to work, but the host was very prompt with a reply to my question and it was resolved easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!

Great spot for a mountain getaway! The cabin had everything we needed for a few days of solid relaxation—amazing views, a hot tub, and a fire pit that got plenty of use. My wife couldn’t get enough of how cozy the place was, and we both had a great time exploring Dahlonega, from the downtown spots to the hiking trails and wineries.One of our favorite parts was spending mornings on the back patio. We wished we had more time here. The hosts were fantastic from check-in to check-out and will definitely be back!If you’re looking for a cozy escape to the mountains, this is it!

Great Weekend Getaway

From check in to check out, the stay was great. Secluded, but all the comforts of home with extras! We enjoyed a couple of games of pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. We were especially appreciative that the property was pet friendly. All anyone needs to take is food, clothes and a toothbrush. Everything else is provided. This would be a great place for families. So much space!Everything else was provided!

Hidden Gem

This is going in the rotation of vacation rentals that we will come back to annually! This was more than perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was perfect. We had such a good time enjoying the patio and home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the basement had all the entertainment and the location was perfect. Check in and out were very easy, the owner was super responsive, this was a great find. Cannot say enough good things about this cabin! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Super home for family stays

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Outdoor space was wonderful - the decks were inviting and we wish we had the chance to use the fire pit(s) and explore more.Three levels, 3 bedrooms and a day bed gave us plenty of room for spreading out. Also, having 3 full bathrooms and a half bath gave everyone (all used to having their own bathrooms) the privacy and space they wanted. Sofas and chairs a bit worn, but comfortable for TV viewing. Tiny dishwasher but it did its job so really cannot complain. Close to grocery for stocking up and close to attractions while still being "away from it all." We would stay again.

Wonderful Escape in The Best Little Mountain Town

Having gone to college at North Georgia, this trip was sort of like coming home. It was made even more like that by staying here. The property itself is beautiful, the home is clean and well kept. There were zero bugs, despite it being surrounded by woods (which is VERY impressive in Dahlonega). Check in could not have been easier. We had one very tiny issue when we got there, just a low battery in the smoke detector, but it was resolved within 10 minutes of connecting the host. This was a girl's trip for myself and 2 friends (all in our mid 30s) and it was absolutely perfect for that, but we also plan to do a family trip with our husbands and kids and hope to book here again, it is just absolutely perfect. Very polite and responsive hosts as well, 5 stars isn't enough, so happy we booked this property!

Amazing view

Everything was ok. The cleaning was not the best. This is some I will mention, The barbecue grill was very dirty. I couldn’t grill my steak because was dirty with whatever they cooked was stock in the grill and rusty. Outdoor furniture was dirty. Whoever does the cleaning they didn’t do good job. We pay to clean and we do the cleaning. I don’t understand. I’m so tired driving far I want to have a relaxing vacation I don’t want to do cleaning. Overall is good, the view was amazing!! If you don’t mind to clean I totally recommend to stay in this beautiful cabin.
