Thank you for a wonderful stay at your cozy cabin! Plenty of room to sleep for our boys and also enough kitchen and living room area to gather. Loved the cabin’s layout and location - hot tub was fun as well!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked. The back porch was perfect for spending time together and playing board games. While drinking coffee on the front porch, we saw deer crossing the road in front of the house. The drive up is winding with hard-packed gravel and it did rain a significant amount while we were here, but we had no trouble getting there in a 2wd vehicle.
Great cabin, comfortable and well stocked with all that was needed. Great proximity to Dahlonega and Helen and surrounding areas. Host very responsive would definitely stay again
We had an amazing time in dahlonega, the wineries Wolf mountain vineyard and Monteluce were great and the views were beautiful! The cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porch and especially the hot tub!
Three of us stayed for a quiet girls’ night after a long day hiking and dinner in the town of Dahlonega (which is adorable!). Owners communicated well over any questions we had the place is cozy but beautiful, many areas for relaxing (porch, screened back deck, living room, fire pit, hot tub!)beds super comfy and clean, bathrooms spotless, zero complaints!
The cabin was very clean and well appointed, to include touches like a s'mores kit! Communication with the owner was prompt and very easy. The check in process was equally pain free. Overall a beautiful cabin in the woods that I'd definitely book again!
The cabin is very nicely updated! The washer and dryer was a big help. And the hot tub was so relaxing! The screened in back deck was very peaceful! To be fair, as mentioned in the listing, the road to the cabin is rough. Definitely don’t take a low-profile car and be cautious of rocks getting kicked up - they could scratch your vehicle’s paint. Also, because you are deep in the forest, there are a lot of spiders. Nothing the owner can control - just things to be aware of. The extra touches in the cabin were very appreciated such as the smore kits and games. The owner is very communicative and helpful! We also noticed the “Georgia” shaped rock in the stone fireplace - very cute!!
Found this to be a nice, quaint newly renovated cabin in GA mountains. Clean, cute, sufficiently roomy for 5 or 6 adults.
However, there’s a a few things you should know before booking:
-Road to the house is a step, uphill partially graveled, partially dirt road. Seriously consider driving an SUV to this location, especially if you expect inclement weather.
-The water to this house is supplied by a well, not suitable for drinking, runs red with GA clay before running clearish.
Bring your own drinking water as there is no water filter on the fridge, only tap water in the house.
-Again, WATER. We were there for 4 nights. On the first morning of our 4 night stay, we woke up to no running water. Management did send out a repair service, and it held for the following day. However, the water ceased running again on two subsequent evenings. One of which it came back on, the second of which it did not and left us again, on our 3rd day in the
cabin without water through the night into the next morning when the repair team was sent back out. I believe it has now been properly repaired, but be prepared to rough it, as I quote the manager “You are in the mountains and anything can happen.”
-To be fair, they did refund half of the cost of our stay after several discussions with the mgr.
Overall, if the water is fixed and you are adequately prepared with your own drinking water, firewood (none is stocked) and an appropriate vehicle, this is a lovely place to “get away.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptionally Clean & Cozy Stay in Dahlonega
We stayed at this property last night and were blown away by how spotless everything was. You can tell the owners take real pride in maintaining the space—it felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy too, the kind of place that instantly makes you relax the moment you walk in.
From the thoughtful touches to the warm, inviting layout, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day in Dahlonega. We only stayed one night, but it was memorable enough that we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay.
Great Cabin Inside and out. Great back porch and outside entertainment area. Bedding is great and very nice furniture. Close to winery’s and downtown area
Inside was immaculate. We even got the induction stovetop to work. We did not take our pets but we could see they would have had a ball! Enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was fast to respond to our question about the firewood. We bought too much and left some for your next guest.Three housekeeping issues: the grill was not clean, so I cleaned it. It was easy to use and cooked just fine. The outside chairs were dusty and had spiders. Finally, y'all need a new broom!
The cabin was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Perfect, as advertise, I would recommend this cabin to anyone interested in staying in the Dahlonega area. First time visitors to this area and looking forward to coming back. Hope we're able to book this cabin again. We had no problem going back in forth on the small mountain road in our little 2-wheel drive Honda CRV.Plenty of Deer, Squirrels, Hawks, and Turkeys and other wildlife to look at while driving up and right outside of the screened in back porch.

Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
It was a nice place . Our problems started when the electricity went off around 3am ( and no water /on a well) I have no clue when it came back on, we couldn’t keep waiting. We only had the one full day to hang out together , so packed up and headed to another place in town. The host was gracious giving us a refund ( their part) on the second night . They could not help the electrical outage and I appreciated the opportunity to cancel the second night and leave .
The cabin was very nice and as pictured. The road to reach it was gravel, steep and very narrow, with ditches on both sides. On the first day, we met another car and had to back up the winding hill for quite a distance to find a place to pull over. Decided not to try that at night, so we left after the 2nd day.
We went to Dahlonega to celebrate my husband’s 30th with some friends. It was a great weekend with a perfect cabin! We would absolutely stay here again.
Nice place, enjoyed our stay . Floors were a little gritty and the Hot tub wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped with such a high cleaning fee. But overall very nice place and would stay again.
