Open floor plan with lots of space. Front and back covered porch with views of the mountains from every angle. Three bedrooms upstairs and the owners suite downstairs. Brand new appliances , all new beds in all rooms. Beautiful views from the front porch that has2 rocking chairs. Enjoy the late afternoons on the back deck listening to the Yahoola below you. 3 bedrooms upstairs have double size beds and one twin in the room with bunkbeds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. A total of 11 people could sleep comfortably. There is is a double size blow up mattress in the downstairs closet. that adds an additional 2 sleeping spaces to the already 11. Satellite TV with over 160n channels. Internet access with what I would call slow speeds. Up to 10 mpbs. Keurig coffee maker that makes one cup. Bring coffee pods. Most cooking utensils, dinner ware, flatware, etc.
What makes this property so special and unique is the beauty around you. You have 7 acres you can explore . There is 400 acres of National Forrest that surrounds 2 sides of this property. There are many community trails to find and explore or take one that has been well traveled down to the Yahoola Creek. Absolutely breathtaking and relaxing place you'll find that doesn't have a cost. Brooke and Rainbow trout are known to hit when the time is right. Bring a fishing license and try your hand at fly fishing down at the creek/stream. Of course you'll need to bring fishing gear with you if you choose to do this activity. As mentioned above there is acres and acres of National Forrest to explore, hike, and relieve all your stress away. Please make sure to not leave any litter on the trails. Recently added a outdoor fire pit . Seating for 6 people..
