"I wouldn't consider this is a hotel, at best is the youth hostel, but charged as a 4 stars hotel rate. First, the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel, as the location is on the 11th floor in an old commercial building. At the front desk seems reasonable clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the room is a bunk bed that really shocking as a hotel and the room size is very small. Carpet is a little old and worn, bathroom is fair with minimum facilities provided. Wifi is constantly...

"Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay. "
"If you are looking for a place to serve purely as a private room to sleep, shower and store bags in, then this hotel will work for you. There's not much to do (the spa/wellness are was closed during our visit), there's no in-house cafe or restaurant, no room service, or any luxurious amenities and facilities available. We spent the entire day out during our whole trip so this didn't bother us. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people BUT there are massive gaps in the wall dividing the bathroom and the room foyer. So if you're staying with someone you don't want to see in the nude, then you can't walk freely around the room if the bathroom's occupied. Since it's also conveniently right next to Sanchong MRT, you will hear trains well into the night and early in the morning. All in all I was satisfied with the stay."
"Very good in general.
The only inconvenience is the air conditioning. I was told It is central controlled, the thermostat in the room doesn’t affect the temperature. I was instructedto turn it off when it gets too cold."
