Great location to the 101. Ask for a 101 view and you can see the building from your room. For me, the restaurants pricing was a bit high for my needs, so we ate at other places nearby. Overall great stay.

Zhonghe
Zhonghe is well liked for its mountain views and breweries. If you're hoping to get in some sightseeing, Global Mall and Hongludi Nanshan Fude Temple are top spots, and you can jump on the metro at Qiaohe Station or Zhonghe Station to get around.
