"The room was so warm I was sweating, couldn’t sleep. Stayed for 8 days and I was speaking to reception and they just kept on telling me that it is centralized. The temperature inside the room was 26.5 C (80 F). If you are thinking of staying in this hotel during this season, think again. They will not accommodate. Sometimes the A/C will start cooling for an hour or two and then stopped. Didn’t happen the last few days… the room felt stuffy and I started getting nausea from the heat. Never staying here again."

"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant"

"We had the 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and included everything we needed. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, a filtered water system, and tons of other amenities. The location is in the business district, we took taxis to everywhere (approximately $10-20 each time). The breakfast buffet at the hotel is amazing! It is easy to communicate with the staff as well. We loved the property and would stay again!"
