"Courteous and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Clean. Our room faced King Street and tended to be noisy late at night. "

"The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The food was out of this world, so tasty and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a huge walk in shower. There was a kettle and a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too. We both slept well. The curtains were blackout so weren't disturbed by the light either."

The property offered a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. On arrival, there was a bit of a queue, but the staff handled it professionally and were genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. Plenty of parking and good security, including gated access with a magnetic reader system, added to the sense of comfort.
