Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. "Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. "This place should not be open because it is dilapidated, and the owners appear to have let it go and are lost interest. On arrival a woman who said she was not the owner showed us to our rooms. The rooms are basic but there were 2 geckos & spiders and cobwebs everywhere.
