It’s 12-20 minutes to Cusco Plaza De Amar, and located on the hill away from busy street. Receptionists are always very helpful.

This place is great! Close to everything you need in Cusco. Staffs are super friendly and accommodating. I love my breakfast and someone will prepare it for you the way you want your eggs.

Great location away from Plaza de Armas. Very quiet and clean. Nice hot showers any time of the day. Very safe with friendly staff. Highly recommended. Multiple. Breakfast and evening restaurants almost across the street.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff and super quaint. The location is amazing to walk around cusco and to get out from all the tourists areas but also close enough if you wanna be in the middle of everything! Can't recommend enough

A nice hotel to rest for few nights before heading to the mountains. Nice hot water for shower, comfy beds, good internet. However only odd and uncomfortable encounter we had was in the early morning like 4am a staff came into our room while we were asleep without knock. Not sure if she came to clean but she said something in Spanish and left. But we stun at the situation and unable to go back to sleep. We report the incident to the front desk later that morning, they said they would investigate abs the matter did not occur again. Other than that good

Before arriving, I communicated with the hotel about arranging airport pickup. I sent them my flight info beforehand but when I arrived at the airport, nobody picked me up. I contacted the hotel and it seemed like they forgot to arrange for my pickup, which was a huge red flag. After hiring a taxi on my own, I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient with check in but didn’t acknowledge the airport pickup mistake until I brought it up. I stayed in room 103 and it was super noisy at night. You can literally here everyone walking and talking outside in the hallway as noise echoes. Very unpleasant and none of us were able to get a good night’s rest 3 nights there. The location was desirable as it was not too close to the main square but only an 8 soles Uber ride each way that took about 10 min. One thing that was positive is their express laundry service. They charge 15 soles for every kg of laundry and it takes about 3 hours to complete. All of our clothes were cleaned in the promised time, so we were grateful about that part. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel. It’s just too noisy at night and the walls are too thin.

Charming little hotel in a nice area. Very clean. Small rooms but comfortable. Street is a little loud at night if you keep the windows open for ventilation. Great views of Cusco from many streets around the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Overall good experience!

My family stayed at Mistico San Blas for a week and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very cute and the staff headed by Mari were very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was in a great and safe area near restaurants and shops so that was a plus as well.

Very friendly and helpful Staff, we came back from a 4 Day Hike late and the managed to get our clothe washed and back early the next morning. Mari takes wonderful care of the Breakfast Area where you get fresh Juices and Eggs among other items. Coca Tea is available during the day to help with the altitude. Would stay there again.

Quiet and very well equipped little hotel. Very helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Super shower with big rainfall shower head and lots of hot water. Eat at the fantastic PachaPapa restaurant nearby. I highly recommend the Mistico San Blas hotel. It's an oasis in Cusco, Many hotels in the town can be noisy but the Mistico is super quiet and it has a great enclosed patio for relaxing. They have a big secure luggage roon where we left our bags after check out as we flew out later in the afternoon. I hope to return soon

Belynn at the front dest was awesome! She made sure our needs were met daily, provided local information, arranged laundry service after trekking for 5 days, stored our bags and more. MaryLou greeted us every morning for breakfast. She made eggs to order along with a variety of other food offerings. She was friendly, professional, it was great to talk with her.

Outstanding location and customer service!
This hotel went above and beyond during my stay in Cusco. The front desk arranged for a covid test at the hotel and allowed me a late checkout. It's located in a great area of the city minutes away from the historical center and in a neighborhood with great dining options.

The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to the main plaza de armas, however, it is up a large Hill and at 11000 feet, you may get out of breath returning back to your room after a day of shopping and/or excursions. I arrived early and was able to check in early, but when I went to take a shower, the water was ice cold. The guy working there hadn't turned on the water heater and said I'd have to wait until night time to take my shower. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but that may only consist of some stale/hard sliced bread with butter and jam. The guy working there made me some scrambled eggs only a couple of times during my 7 day stay. For my coffee, there was creamer that became sour after a couple of days into my stay. I would have given a better review, but things were just weird. I arrived a couple days before my husband and had the "matrimony" room reserved for two. After staying there two nights, my husband joined me at 7:30 a m. Because he didn't sleep there the night before, the guy at the hotel wouldn't give him breakfast. Wouldn't even give him a bottle of water which comes with the room. We were able to keep our things there while we did our trek to Machu Picchu, but I think most hotels allow this. After the trek, the hotel was locked up with no one there to let us back into our room. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the guy to return and we were exhausted. The room is small, but the shower is the best I've ever had in any hotel.
