"We enjoyed our stay! Nice neighborhood community with pool, playground and volleyball court. Short 10min walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious but the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Would have been nice to have extra trash bags. Easy to communicate with rental company. Overall good experience and family friendly."

"The resort amenities, location and family friendly environment were fantastic. It was exactly what we were looking for with our first trip to the OBX with 4 kids. Everything is walking distance and the trolley is helpful to get to other parts of the resort. We would definitely return to this complex again just may find another house. It was exactly as the pictures look and described, but very dated and in serious need of a deep clean. Lots of wear and tear, dirt and clutter. It worked well for our 5 night stay with kids and we were satisfied just a little disappointed in the quality. For such a big house, I had trouble finding some basics in the kitchen (strainer, etc). We had a few minor issues that required housekeeping/maintenance and those were solved immediately which was great! You can tell this is a families home which I enjoyed the personal touches. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us."

"The house took three days to cool down. Then unexpectedly, HVAC workers showed up and had to fix the AC units. So that was another day without AC. We didn’t find thr kitchen to be as stocked as other houses and the sheets on the beds weren’t big enough. Location, pool, hot tub was fabulous. Grassy area was awesome for the dog. Nice and friendly community."
