Each Bedroom (except Bunk Room) has a SMART TV, 50" Flat Screen in game-media/room, 50' Flat Screen LCD TV with surround sound in upper Great Room. Dedicated 36" X Box TV in upstairs Great Room! We do not have Cable TV but we have a HD antenna which receives around 50 stations including local ABC, NBC, CBS. You can log into any smart TV with your own Smart TV accounts.

BLUE HAVEN IS A NO SMOKING/NO VAPING HOME ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY! SORRY NO UNDERAGE STUDENT GROUPS ACCEPTED. WE ARE A NO PET HOME BUT NOT A PET FREE HOME SO IF YOU HAVE DOG ALLERGIES THIS MAY NOT BE THE HOME FOR YOU AS OUR 2 LABS VISIT ON THE OFF SEASON.

Second Level:
2 King Bedrooms w/full baths walk in showers and deck access, TV's, Duo Bunk room w/twin & full with deck access TV, Bunk Room w/4 twins shares a full bath with Duo Bunk room, Spa for 6 on deck, deck extends across entire back of second level.

Top Level:

Gourmet Kitchen with island seating for 3, Dinning area (table for 10), Screened Outdoor Porch eating/sitting are with seating for 6-8, Great Room: FM Stereo-I Pod ready, 50' Flat Screen SMART LCD TV with surround sound, X Box on dedicated 36" TV, Multi CD, Fire Place (not available in season), King Master Bedroom with Serta Memory Foam Mattress, full bath-walk in shower, TV, large deck across entire upstairs back.

LARGE SIDE YARD PATIO WITH SOUND VIEWS, Tiki Hut with gas grill, also charcoal park grill. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GATHER IN THE SHADE OF LIVE OAKS OR FOR YOUNG CHILDREN TO PLAY OR TO WATCH THE SUNSET. Trees around this side yard are lit at night with landscape lighting and café lights!

Our Guest also enjoy access to all Corolla Light amenities (rec center-indoor pool-tennis-weights & cardio rooms-racquetball, Oceanside pool complex, Guarded Beach, Sound-side pool, Trolley service around community) [trolley service in season only and will pick you up at the house next door and drop you off in front of our home].

We suggest you consider optional vacation Travel Insurance from Travel Guard International (or other providers). Coverage includes some medical emergencies and mandatory evacuation for hurricanes when ordered by county emergency management control groups. The premium is approx. 7% of the total of all rents, taxes, and fees and is not included and OPTIONAL on all leases. You can purchase this insurance directly from Travel Guard. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSIDER THIS COVERAGE TO PROTECT YOUR VACATION INVESTMENT IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL OR IN THE CASE OF A MANDATORY EVACUATION.
