Impression was refurbishment may be incomplete, but difficult to see it will ever have enough trade. Reception was unoccupied and accessible by mobile. "The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows.

"Clean place to stay for couple of day. Great view of river and bridge is bonnie light up at night. River view right next to cathedral. 2 things would say that was bed was the bed could of be more comfortable. Also toilet maybe needs fix noticed the water still running long after flush. "Booked this hotel because of an early, 6am flight out of Inverness. All the staff were friendly, most of them very helpful. The big surprise was the menu at the restaurant. They had numerous healthy choices with vegan and gluten free options. The bonus was the meal was tasty too! Room was comfortable and a basic Courtyard Marriott style. I do recommend if you need to be near the INV airport. Very convenient."

"The room was spotless, we were giving a very warm welcome when we checked in .
We only stayed 1 night and the only meal we had was breakfast.
But what a breakfast, bacon sausage, fried egg, haggis , black pudding , mushrooms, fried tomatoes, tattie scone and hash browns.
