"The location is spot on overlooking the river. The room we had was massive with nice firm beds, so we had a really restful sleep. Breakfast was good. Only downside was having to drag our cases up stairs otherwise I throughly recommend."

"Took almost 30 min of waiting to be checked in even though we were there well before their check in cut off time. Staff nowhere to be found. No signs showing reception area etc. Went up and down the building stairs shouting "hello" "hello". Finally someone showed up. Not worth what we paid at all."
