Magical spot for a fantastic vacation

Talk about paradise! Villa Pinel is a great house in an amazing location. The views were gorgeous. Kids loved the pool! We were able to hop in kayaks and explore. We also loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.

Great stay at Villa Pinel!

We had the best family vacation at Villa Pinel. The pool was perfect for our kids and the view was spectacular. Veronique was very helpful in answering all our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Getaway with my wife

The house and pool are fabulous. Very private and romantic. Great location, beautiful view, and a short drive great restaurants on Orient Beach. The house comes with kayaks. Short paddle to Pinel island that has two wonderful beach bars. Highly recommend this place. Best spot on St Martin.

This is an exceptional property.Easy kayak to near pinel island where you can spend the day on the beach and enjoy the 2 restaurants on the island in between the snorkeling :).The villa had great AC in the bedrooms(nice and cold)A must for us. Veronique was amazing. She even went to the supermarket before we arrived to get us started! She also help us arrange a private chef dinner at the villa with our family that was spectacular.We had the surf and turf!The pool was clean and heated(a must for us)!Veronique manages that property to perfection.Amazing property and amazing host on a beautiful island.I recommend renting a car as taxi fares are expensive if you plan to go to different beaches around the island!

Picture Perfect

Our stay was amazing at Villa Pinel! The house was great, and views were perfect! Our kids loved the pool, the kayaking out to the sandbar and visiting Pinel Island! So many great restaurants and little shops close by.Veronique was also the best! Always there to answer our questions, make recommendations and reservations wherever and whenever we needed one! She truly made the entire experience so relaxing for our family.

A week in paradise

The property is exactly as described and had everything we needed. Veronique was the best host and got us everything we needed. This side of the island is quiet and with gorgeous views. The pool was excellent. Sandy and Lola were an added bonus. I would stay here again.

50th birthday trip

We came to St Martins to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Veronique was so communicative and organized in sharing the details of the property with us and answering questions throughout the week. The house was beautiful, the pool was just perfect, access to Pinel island was 10 min by kayak, and we slept so well. We have already talked about coming back......

Beautiful villa and a wonderful host!

Our five nights at The villa was absolutely amazing! Veronique was the best host, helping us make plans and reservations throughout our stay. The Villa is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for everyone. We cooked meals, relaxed and enjoyed the pool. All 8 of us kayaked to Pinel Island for the day right from the Villa.it was a very clean, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Thank you Veronique!

Villa Pinel is a Caribbean dream. The property is not only beautiful and stylish but is immaculately maintained. We could not have asked for more as it exceeded our expectations in every way. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Pinel. V was an amazing hostess. She helped us with all our questions and needs. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could want. Family Reunion

The property is magnificent, and the location absolutely unbeatable for anyone who wants convenience to the restaurants of Grand Case and Orient Beach combined with the seclusion and natural beauty of Cul de Sac. Girl’s trip to St Maarten

Villa Pinel is a beautiful villa with a lovely view and location. Veronique was always available for questions and introduced us to the property. The house has all the amenities imaginable and smelled great. Make sure to bring your bug spray in the summer and the living area has no AC so as long as there is a good sea breeze you should be fine.

Best family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at Villa Pinel. Veronique was the greatest host. She helped coordinate with our chef to let him in the property prior to arrival so he could have dinner and drinks ready when we walked in the door. Through WhatsApp we were able to communicate with the host and had responses within 10 minutes. There was daily housekeeping if you needed it as well. The pictures don’t do the view justice. It feels unreal. The kayaks provided allowed us to venture to Pinel Island easily which is a must see. We saw sea turtles, stingrays and beautiful fish while kayaking. Cul de Sac is a wonderful area with plenty of restaurants, shopping and sights. We can’t say enough about how great our stay was.

Dream vacation…Villa Pinel is the perfect spot!

This is the most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in! It was the perfect location and setup for our group’s (three couples) winter getaway. The property was impeccably clean and felt very safe. We were So sad to leave! The kitchen was amazingly stocked, the heated pool and outdoor space was a dream, and Véronique is the best host ever! Her communication and recommendations were top notch…no disappointments! This house is a 10 minute drive to the amazing restaurants in Grand Case and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in Orient Bay! We loved kayaking to Pinel Island and the sand bar, and had a great place to hike and watch the sunrise within a few minutes walk. We also highly recommend having the massages at the house- and spending a day at Bikini Beach- Véronique makes it all so easy! We would 100% return to Villa Pinel, we fell in love with this beautiful island and Veronique’s kindness and hospitality.

Incredible Week at Villa Pinel

The house was in the beautiful (and very safe) Cul de Sac location. My family felt like they were staying in a house from a movie - almost as if it wasn't real. After exploring the island (both French and Dutch sides), Anguilla, going out to eat or the beaches, we were all excited to get back to the house. Everything was as-advertised or better! There were 7 of us (2 parents and 5 "kids" from 17-22 yrs old). No hesitation to recommend Villa Pinel. Would 100% stay there again. First impressions were set by the host, Véronique. She added to the wonderful experience by using WhatsApp to communicate (very responsive!), welcomed us in-person, and can assist in virtually anything you may need (recommendations, reservations, special requests, private chefs, etc). Véronique wants everybody to have an incredible experience during the stay.

Gorgeous Villa on a Breathtaking Island

I've stayed at many Vrbo rentals, but Villa Pinel was one of the best. With plenty of room and privacy for all, it's well equipped with beach towels, pool floats, and a stocked kitchen. The pool was recently redone and it's beautiful with a stunning view of daily sunrises and boats. The Cul-de-sac area is quiet, but not far from grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and pretty much anything else you want to do. One note is the mosquitoes, but they're part of island life so just pack bug spray. Veronique is a top notch host. From booking to our arrival home, she was in touch with us the whole time and answered any questions we had promptly. Incredibly kind and an island expert, Veronique provided great suggestions on activities, restaurants and even offered to make reservations on our behalf. She was very generous in stocking items in the villa for us before we arrived. For activities I highly recommend a day trip to Pinel island. We took the ferry, but it was quick and the boats depart every 30 mins. On Pinel I would suggest chair service and splurging on the fresh caught lobster at one of the restaurants. From the villa you can walk to Grand Cayes beach. I would also recommend Cupecoy beach with its rocks/cliffs, Villa Royale restaurant in Grand Case and Toppers Rhum distillery. We also had Chef Franck cater brunch where we thoroughly enjoyed watching him at his craft and were gifted with a delicious meal. I would definitely come back to St Martin and stay at Villa Pinel.

Amazing Property and Host

Family vacay

Just bring your toothbrush & bathing suit! This property has every comfort of home. The home is even better in person. Kitchen & bedrooms are well appointed with all the essentials. We had an amazing time as a family of 6 adults & 2 children. The kids loved the pool & so did the adults! Veronique made sure we were all taken care of for reservations etc. She is a fantastic host! Great location close to Grande Case & beaches. We hope to visit again next year.

Villa Pinel is FABULOUS

This was our second stay at Villa Pinel and had even more enjoyable time. The house accommodated the 7 of us very well, the local hikes & kayaking to Pinel Island most days is why we chose this location which is pretty hard to beat.

Wonderful stay in Cul de Sac!

Host, Veronique, did everything possible to make our family vacation perfect. The villa is large, nicely laid out and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and the location was ten minutes was the spectacular Orient Bay Beach. We stay at a lot of VRBOs ; this is one of the best.
