"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. All the restaurants were amazing with wonderful staff and extensive menu for adults and children. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, waterpark, restaurant and spacious and clean room. We would highly recommend this resort. 5/5"

Staff not nice, The staff looked at you because of your clothes or something normal so they showed contempt, even my friend wanted a car to take him from the front lobby to his room but the staff refused saying because the boss is a foreigner they don't want that, while I already paid for the room. I live nearby, just rented a room to sleep. When I entered the gate by motorbike, the gatekeeper didn't even want to open the gate for me. "

"Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options."
