"Everything went smoothly during this stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful! I did a manual check in over the phone because we were getting there after check in cut off (12pm) & my keys were waiting for me at the front desk when we arrived! The room/bathroom were clean! Definitely will stay here in the future"

"When I arrived, I was informed the Elevator was broken. I get this and am understanding. However, I purchased a suite and got a single king bed room. While confronting the staff I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I took the room available and carried my tools and luggage up three flights of stairs. My complaint is that it was not the room I purchased and Staff was a bit rude about it. In this location, rooms are $300.00 plus per night. I do not think it reflects on the chain itself. Was just a bad circumstance and I expected more for my money. Also the room phone was broken and the AC made a horrible noise. Couldn’t call the front desk. Kinda felt like a setup. I was never rude throught my interactions. I just hope they get these things fixed. "

"Your first impression from the outside is kind of sketchy, but this is a wonderful place. The inside will surprise you in a positive way! This is where we will stay when coming here if it’s available!"

"The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Parking lot lighting was good and had no trouble finding the location. Easy access to the highway in and out of town. Enjoyed the quiet away from the towns movememt. "
