This place has potential & is in a prime location. So close to being great, but their staff needs major training to elevate "

"I would stay here again. It was about 1 long block from the Gondola, which is an excellent location; we could easily walk to the Gondola. It was the least expensive option in this area or farther out. It was clean. Parking was free and plentiful, close to my room. I didn't have a pet, but they are allowed. The downsides are that the construction is thin: I could hear every footstep of the people in the room above me and all of their conversations and the window opening and closing; one set of neighbors was loud and kept me awake. Also, my electronic doorway only worked once per time; I had to keep going to the front desk for a new key, and based on comments from front desk and neighbor guests, that was somewhat common. Older construction, but overall decent. For the location and price, it was worthwhile; though next time, I'd ask for a 2nd story room, which might be the rooms with the fireplaces; that said, they were out of firewood for the fireplaces."

"TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room."
