"The view was amazing and property was clean and comfortable , it had everything we needed and was central to Folkestone and Hythe. Lots of great places to eat in Sandgate and a very well stocked convenience store.

"Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."

"Fantastic value for money. Room was modern and clean with a lovely sea view. Staff were excellent, very polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order.
We would definitely recommend and will visit again."
"Excellent modern apartment with every convenience in a great location. The apartment was clean, well equipped kitchen, and was comfortable and spacious. The parking is a big bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed the location on High Street. There is an excellent bakery just downstairs, and several great restaurants on High Street. We frequented Waitrose grocery store across the street and were able to whip up some great dinners for nights we cooked at home. The owner is very responsive and the neighbors in the building were very nice. We stayed for 30 days and would love to come back and enjoy all the area has to offer again next summer!"
