"The front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful. Helping change room for me because the room was too warm in the summer (no air condition). The lodge I stayed is lovely, the sea view is stunning. The dinner is super nice, banana pudding is the best, steak is really good, staffs are lovely. Unfortunately the housekeeping got inside the lodge I stayed at 8:00 am, left her cleaning bag in front of our door when she found out I was inside, then she hanging around the lodge waiting for us to leave until 11:00 check out time. I don't understand why?"

"This is an excellent property at a very good location. The host is very friendly and super efficient. The accommodation is very clean, modern and all the necessary supplies are provided. The breakfast option is very good and there is a very good vegetarian restaurant (The Bean Inn) within walking distance but it is very small, so pre booking is recommended. Mark and Anna have compiled a very good guide for all the information you would need for your stay and exploration. I highly recommend The Mustard."

"Great walkable area not far from the harbour, shops, restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was getting from the train from St Erth into St Ives. I wish there was some type of warning from the hotel. No lift from incoming train over to St Ives platform with luggage was no fun then getting the luggage from the train up to the hotel was very difficult. Take a cab from St Erth to the hotel if you have more than hand luggage."

The staff are super friendly and simply do everything in their power to make your stay memorable. The food is excellent and the amenities top notch.
