"Unfortunately this hotel was not as fancy as is described or I expected/wanted. The foyer is spectacular but the rooms are very basic & disappointing. Our room did not have a sofa chair or the bed ottoman bench. The bathroom was very outdated. Also there were people that lingered outside the hotel all day, everyday. The only thing that helped was the nice & friendly staff but definitely not worth the price especially with valet parking too. "

"The guest services line remained unavailable throughout my stay. There were lipstick stains on my sheets, that I had to request housekeeping to come change. There weren’t amenities available such as mouthwash and complimentary water. The hotel also does not include complimentary breakfast. Additionally, beware if you have the “best view” side facing the harbor, because it will be extremely noisy at night, with ongoing traffic, people partying outside, etc. Nothing was offered to us to make it right. Won’t be back."

"The parking lot was gated and it felt safe. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and and the cook was really good and got all our entrees correct, including a big smile, good morning and delivering the entree to the table. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks and keep up the good work. "

"Room was not what I expected pull out couch was to small for my kids spoke with GM the next day and she sent a blow up mattress up to my room Friday,ask for full service of my room on a Saturday when me and my two sons was leaving out come back at after 9 that night and my trash cans still running over dirty towels still in room sheets not changed,after being there since Thursday and room didn’t get service at all my whole stay the, when speaking with GM Ms. Melissa A.Martin about the first incident. She stated she will comp me one night stay then the next day after informing her about the other incident about my room, not getting service and the poor customer service that I received throughout my state. I was told I would get two days instead of one, and I have yet not to receive a complementary stay on neither one of my days!!!"

"Did not clean the room"

"Both rooms were decently cleaned. My pillow had a foul smell but the case and sheets appeared clean. The ac/pipes in the room were pretty loud at night time. The clicking and clanking kept me up on the first night. But besides that, the rooms were decent. The halls and elevator were clean. Ice machine worked fine. The restaurants downstairs were pretty good. Not super expensive. I would stay there again. "

"Parking was safe, personnel fast and friendly, breakfast - regular, nothing extra special, but good for someone on the go, like me . Room was clean (important). "
