"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"The bathroom door looked like someo e tried to punch a hole in it. There were bugs in the room. The staff was great. The neighbors in the room above mine was really noisy as was the ones down the hall. "

"Convenient airport shuttle. Spacious room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. On-site restaurant is rather noisy and the air conditioning was set too high. The only other food within walking distance is a barbecue joint. "
