Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. The room was great, had everything we needed, was quiet and the hotel even in provided complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommended!"
