The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in easy access to the old town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We were very close to the tram and other public transit. The small kitchen was nice to have.

Two night getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The studio had everything we needed for our stay. We used the outdoor courtyard both nights to have our dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The free self serve laundry was very appreciated. The location was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing in Dijon. The room is a reasonable size. Finishes are cheap with a cheap bed base and foam mattress making sleep difficult as every move from your partner is transmitted. Bathroom was adequate but WC seat moved

The check-in was easy. There was someone at the desk to help us. We loved the back garden. We used our own beach towels to sit on the grass. There is outdoor furniture but it is very hard. Cushions are needed. It's a great location. We came by train and were glad it was close to the Gare. You can walk to the pedestrian streets in under 5 minutes. We never found a standard grocery but there is an oriental market across the street.

There is something about it ...

It is a centraly located hotel. Lots of good things close at hand. I did not particularly like it as I never saw, nor met, anybody from the hotel during my stay, with the exception of my departure day. I had to call them 2 times, and to be honest, they always answered back, so I did not realy have any problem. And I knew it would be that way. But that, and the fact that algthough the room corresponded exactly to what I had bought and to the photo, which was the correct one (but taken from an angle which makes the room look bigger), that left me with a bitter taste about this hotel. In a way, not realy the hotel's fault, it was mainly my impression ...

We had booked this hotel six months before our visit and had rung and spoken to someone on reception to book parking as it is limited on site, however when we got there they had no record of this and no space to accommodate us. They directed us to a public car park across the other side of town - not impressed. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had seen better days. The toilet when flushed, continuously trickled with water which was only found to be a problem when settled in for the night

Bonjour, Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse hors du commun dans un moment qui se présentait particulièrement compliqué pour moi. En dernière minute, le personnel a pu me trouver une chambre, sans parler de la dame à la réception qui a été d’une aide et d’une gentillesse hors du commun. Sans cette aide, j’ai du mal à envisager comment tous ceci se seraient terminée. Un plus: Le lit était était aussi super confortable . Merci.
