We loved the room. It was clean and spacious. We had a window that opened up for a nice breeze and view of the city. We loved the staff. They were very friendly and courteous. We definitely loved the location. It was so close to the old town that we could easily return to the hotel to eat, to rest, or to grap a jacket or umbrella. The breakfast was really good, too.

Great location.

The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. For the price one can’t expect a 5-star hotel though so definitely a good value for money.

The wifi was very slow and the toilets are quite confronting (they have quite a shallow pan) but the space was beautiful, the staff were lovely and attentive and it’s in a beautiful area close to lots of restaurants!

It was a comfortable enough stay.

Located in the center of town, very easy to access. Cleanliness, size and scenery of the room are very good. Due to the central location, quietness to sleep at night takes time. Also, you can hear the sound of the water supply and drainage equipment, but it is unavoidable because it is a problem with the equipment. Breakfast seemed a little small, but it was more than enough for me. There is also an air conditioner, so you can spend a comfortable time in the room despite the existing heat waves. All in all, we would like to thank you for providing us with a wonderful enough stay.

Tired and rather average

Check in is convoluted; because they insist on 3pm check-in, even though the room is ready, the result is a big queue, over crowding in a small lobby area. BTW, When you walk through the archway, there’s a big hole in the floor, watch your step. Given they have until 3pm to clean, the room itself feels a bit grubby, for example, shaving debris/hairs all along the mirror edge in the bathroom, not very deluxe suite. No regular tea upstairs, only downstairs, no milk in the room. Bed was comfortable. The lounge downstairs is okay, only things in there are, sweets and cake, get something savoury in there. My Mum become gravely ill whilst away, when I explained we’d be leaving a day early, the guy on the desk showed the empathy skills of a stone block.

Hotel is upgrading rooms of old building and still needs to do much more but the room was spacious and modern. The staff spoke excellent English and service was great. Perfect location, we walked from the train station in under 15 minutes.

Cannot drive up to the hotel door. Vehicle must be parked at a public parking lot near by and walk to the hotel. The location is right downtown beautiful Dijon.
