The explanation was that it is cold outside at night and some people want to use the heaters so they cannot do both. However, inside the room was extremely warm. Opening a window was not an option due to the occasional noise from the street. "

"No outlets in room to charge your phone. No coffee machine in room. But the decor was lovely and classy. The breakfast was underwhelming no cheese eggs or meat. However the croissants were huge and amazing. The woman who checked me in was kind and accommodating. But the male staff at breakfast was standoffish and not warm or welcoming. The grounds could use some more landscaping befitting of a chateau."
