The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to many museums. It was a bit noisy at night due to the nearby bars. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. Close to some bars, so very loud late at night, especially around 2-3 am. Also, the hotel rumbles when the Metro goes by. One room only had warm water for showers, no hot water. Great restaurants around the hotel.
