"La propriété est un véritable havre de paix. On s'y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L'ameublement est raffiné et l'espace généreux. "Owners were helpful and tried their best with English / French translating. Pool was lovely- unclear on booking though that you got 2 slots a day - these had to be pre booked for the week on day of arrival. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival - we hadn't realised we needed to bring all our own cleaning materials, bin liners etc but we will be better prepared next time. "No communications. Hidden costs, held to ransom after arrival to get keys. Dirty And worst of all no bed sheets , pillow cases or duvet covers. When asked where they were was told not listed in ad and hung up on. Agreed the listing didn’t say bedding included but didn’t say it wasn’t and for the expensive cost I would have expected it. This is basically a PGL style bunk house. Avoid at all costs."

"The property’s setting is exceptional and please don’t miss out on having dinner at their restaurant. It is great value, delicious and very convenient. Their breakfast was very good and had lots of options. We had a deluxe room. The only reason way it wasn’t a 5 star is that the toilet is in a separate room from the show. The minor inconvenience made up for by being on the ground floor walk out and having lots of place in the room. We also liked the parking. Merci à tous!"

"A warm reception from the staff, good English which always makes me feel guilty! Clean, comfortable and well maintained with every staff member engaging, helpful and professional. Rooms were comfy, food although a limited choice, was well prepared and tasty. Breakfast though was a little light on choice, but was ok. It has a small gym and a heated pool. My one little criticism is if it's raining there is nowhere outside that is covered. What i mean is there are no overhanging shelters of any kind. So if you are a smoker then rain will mean you need an umbrella. Other than that, plenty of parking, good location close to the memorial museum and only 30 mins from the ferry"

"A terrific location - close to the center of Caen as well as an easy drive to many lovely towns and historic sites. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were so friendly and really pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay here again."
