🏡 Charming townhouse with a garden, located just a 20-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the castle and city centre Caen.

It has 3 levels:

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) and dining room.

Ground floor: shower room and cosy living room with a sofa bed for one person, TV, and access to the garden.

Top floor: bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet.

🌊 The ocean is a 20-minute drive away (Ouistreham)

Enjoy a private garden with a table and chairs, perfect for meals or relaxing outdoors. 🌿

Restaurants, bars, the Caen harbour, and other points of interest are within a 10-minute walk. Street parking is free right in front of the property. 🚗

Stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the house. On the ground floor, a TV with cable channels and access to Netflix (via your account) is available for your relaxing evenings. 📺

The house spans three levels (ground floor, ground floor, and second floor), with access to the garden available only from the ground floor. ☀️

➡️ On the ground floor, the sleeping area features a single-person sofa bed, complete with a box spring and mattress.
On the second floor, you’ll find a double bed measuring 140x200 cm.

You’ll have access to the entire house. Check-in is self-service via a keypad.

The house has three floors, accessible via fairly steep stairs. If you have limited mobility, accessing the upper levels may be difficult.

Built from Caen stone, the ground floor of the house has some humidity, which is regulated by a mechanical ventilation system that is turned on before your arrival. You may turn it off if it bothers you, but we recommend leaving it on at night or when you’re away for greater comfort.
