Fabulous Location.

For touring the history of Normandy I don't think you could find a better location, and the view from the dining room table was outstanding. Trying to find accommodation for 10 individuals at an affordable price was near impossible, but this place ticked all the boxes, I will be back.

Vue magnifique sur l'océan

Propriétaire très gentil et arrangeant, on ressent, dans sa conversation, qu'il aime sa région et sa maison familiale. Il fait tout ce qu'il peut pour satisfaire le client. Points positifs : - Très grande maison avec vue directe sur l'océan. - Grande cour privatisée où l'on peut garer beaucoup de voitures. - Grande baie vitrée où l'on peut contempler le soleil se coucher. - La maison se trouve tout près des commerces et l'accès à la plage est très proche. - Toutes les chambres sont garnies d'au moins 2 lits de 1 personne qu'on peut rapprocher si besoin ce qui est pratique (pas de lit de 2 personnes). - 2 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée dont une tout près des toilettes (pour éventuellement une personne âgée). - Cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon. La photo de la cuisine n'est plus d'actualité, elle a été complétement refaite. Points négatifs : - Toutes les chambres ont un accès directe par le couloir sauf une, il faut passer par une autre chambre pour y accéder. - Comme il s'agit d'une ancienne maison, le bois craque sous les pieds lorsqu'on est à l'étage. - Peu de rangement dans les chambres mais, pour quelques jours, on peut s'en passer. - Bien que la maison ait besoin de rafraichissement dans certaines pièces, on s'y sent bien.

La localisation de la maison est exceptionnelle, au dessus du chemin bordant le mur de la plage. Elle est aussi tout près des commerces, dont beaucoup étaient toutefois fermés en décembre. La maison est très bien équipée, la cuisine très grande et très pratique et le confort des chambres et de la pièce à vivre très correct. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Maison parfaitement située à 100 m du musée du débarquement, vue de la salle et du salon impeccable, très belle cuisine morderne toute récente, couchages de qualité pour 14 personnes adultes, des pièces ont été rénovées mais pas encore toutes, ce lieu est calme et l'accés à la plage se fait par la rue située juste en dessous, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec cette vue sur mer toujours changeante et des couchés de soleil magnifiques. Propriétaires facile à joindre et forts sympatiques.

Fantastics views

This house has fantastic views of the Mulberries. The house has plenty of space, but feels a little bit dated. It has all the required amenities, however they do not provide bed linen which can be a problem. The parking is a bonus.

Maison pas a la hauteur compte tenu de l annonce et cela malgré un très bon contact au téléphone

La vue est magnifique et la maison présente un charme certain, cependant il apparait rapidement clair qu elle est en cours de rénovation et que toutes les pièces de la maison ne se valent pas et certaines sont particulièrement dans leurs jus.. malgré une demande de confirmation au téléphone, il s est avéré que la chambre avec 4 lits n etaient pas en mesure d accueillir deux adultes et deux adolescents, en effet les lits sont des lits pour enfants, et un nombre important de lattes sont absentes. Nous avons du bricoler avec un sommier present dans le garage pour essayer d obtenir un lit correcte. L etat generale de propreté de la maison laissait a désirer, nous avons eu a coeur de faire un grand ménage pour les locataires suivants, des petits details comme l absence de brosse dans les toilettes principales, des miroirs et portes de douche et pare éclaboussures sales, un four particulièrement sale et le fait que deux plaques sur quatre seulement fonctionnent auront pu causer quelques désagréments pendant notre sejour, notamment dû au fait que nous etions 13 personnes et la cuisine ne s est pas avéré adaptée pour un groupe de ce nombre. En bref nous avons passé un super sejour parceque nous etions en famille et entre gens simples, cependant un petit goût amer reste quelque peu compte tenu des fairs évoqués précédemment. Dommage

Cette maison est bien située, bord de plage, par contre cette maison n'est pas propre. Vaisselle très ancienne que nous avons du laver avant de s'en servir, oreillers tâchés, protège matelas tâché. serpillière noire, le derrière de la gazinière très gras, une plaque ne fonctionnait pas. Je pourrais recommander cette maison pour l'emplacement mais pas pour l'intérieur, qui a besoin de restauration et manque de propreté
