"The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out staff were very friendly. There was a cheer competition at the NIU convocation center so there were a lot of children. We could hear them in the hallway at midnight, but that didn't ruin our stay. Breakfast was very nice."

"Room was clean and cheaper than staying in Dekalb. Was only a 20 minute drive to Dekalb. Would stay again. Breakfast choice was basically cereal or waffles. Not much offered like eggs and meat like other places I’ve stayed. "

"Cute older home. New furniture and bedding. The home is older but is clean and spacious. Carpet is a little stained but there is a sign asking for no shoes on carpet so I feel like they are trying to keep it. Anything we messaged the host about they were prompt on replying. The parking is not for larger vehicles, it’s a narrow entry to the parking area. Very quiet little neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
