Clean, great staff. Food was good. Great for a stop over on our travels.

Wasn't sure what to expect but one of best surprises on my trip... Great room big room and (accessible) bathroom ...food great parking great all my boxes ticked

Very clean, good sized room. Staff professional and helpful. Very good food options

The accommodation was fine, a bit tired.

Great position, excellent bed, easy parking

Lovely room in a fabulous building with great service

Just a great low key guest house, nuce rooms, fabulous restaurants right across the road, breakfast in nice surroundings , near perfect.

Parking was easy, check-in was quick with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well-appointed with plenty of hot water pressure. We enjoyed a good quality evening meal in the restaurant and returned for a breakfast that offered many options the following morning.

Lovely BnB with convenient parking and spectacular breakfast. Extremely clean and well run, beautifully decorated and centrally located, it’s the perfect Whitely Bay base.

Great location, clean and safe.

Great modern and well maintained hotel. Just mentioning in case the hotel staff read this. Only negative was the tray with kettle and tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. was placed in a shelf without a power point. It was strange to have to lift the large tray and move it to the desk next to the power point. I relocated the hotel directory to a higher shelf.

We were comfortable and well looked after and spent a comfortable night in the Double en suite rooms. The bathroom was well stocked. The tea and coffee facilities were okay. The joy was the excellent restaurant and the fixed price menu, which was wonderful. My sons say it's the best sticky toffee pudding they have ever eaten, Haggis Bon Bons were a great hit, crab risotto and fresh Sea Trout all fresh and tasty. Great breakfast, with Craster Kippers making a starring start to the day. This...

Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Staff seemed not used to having guests though and check in and check out was very awkward.

Very friendly manager (Julian), plenty of good advice. Friendly conversation. Relaxed stay, made to feel at home. Very good choice of food in the evening between Indian, carvery, steak night, pasta, fish and chicken dinners. Good value not to mention excellent full English breakfast or Craster Kippers. Bedroom and ensuite fine, hotel standard not pub standard.

The view from room 3 was fantastic over the Sluice (Im sure there were others) and the room was so comfortable. The staff were so hospital and friendly. The restaurant had a varied menu and food was great. We would definitely stay there again.
