"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"

"The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic.
