A conveniently located two bedroom cottage, light and sunny and all level home pluslovely green garden and lawn.

Location is everything, so this is one should tick a few boxes for most - less then 1KM to main beach & Village.

Fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom with laundry that includes a new washer - holidaying made easy.

The property also offers a single lock up garage with automated door, access is from Pacific Street side or you can access via Belmore Street.

Property is suited to couples or small family, maximum occupancy of 3 (3 adults or 2 adults / 1 child)

Property is pet friendly If you would like to bring your dog please advise the office as there is a Pet fee.

Just what we needed...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great space with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable with a great yard for the dogs and an easy walk to the beach and shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Itt was nice there with a big yard out the back lawn and garden needs a bit more maintenance but other than that nice place to stay....
