It was quite a shock that there wasn't a live person to check me in. There's a light just outside the window that some inside the room but overall was a good room for us as we were passing through.

Did NOT like the kiosk with a person on the screen. Everything worked but i found it hard to understand him, plus a delay and poor sound quality. No person at the desk. Another potential guest behind me walked out when he saw what was happening.

The check in experience was unique. There was no staff present on site and check in was via a video kiosk. Seemed a little dystopian. Room needed some maintenance work, but was clean overall.

This property does kiosk checkin with someone on a remote Skype call. Their audio was bad and it was very confusing. Really not a good experience. The saving grace was the person at the desk that took over for the remote assistant. Otherwise this would be a 1 star review.

It was a nice location, convenient to go to the beach or access businesses and the highway. Check-in was through a virtual agent. The room was mostly clean but not perfect. I would stay there again for a night or two while passing through

Dirty-3 inches of dirty brown water inside of double paned windows, shredded curtains, husband uses c-pap machine and was sweating profusely all night due to no air conditioning and warmth of cpap machine, sorry ring around the bathtub. We have photos that may be provided at request. This is 2nd complaint. Promised call back which never occurred.
