"All the staff at the front desk and beyond were very professional, kind, and accommodating, as well as the management. Clean rooms. Dog friendly atmosphere, as many of the staff have pets as well. If you need a quick escape vacation at a reasonable price, this is a great spot. There’s even a brand new Esso gas station next door that opened today and a Tim’s across the street. Thanks ! and a shout out to all the staff that got to know us. Anthony L."

"Such a cute ranch it’s like living in an old western movie! The hosts were great and very helpful. Checkin was smooth and the outdoor kitchen, showers and bathrooms were very well equipped! A little piece of heaving hidden gem for sure!"

"The lobby was under renovation but did it affect our stay there. The rooms have been nicely updated. Bed was comfy for me but too soft for my spouse. Can’t please everyone. We had a great view of the pool. Unfortunately the pool had to be closed on two different occasions on the two days of our stay due to pending thunderstorms. On the first night around 9:30 the fire alarm went off. We evacuated along with others for about an hour before we were let back in. Not sure of the cause of the alarm in the end. There was never any smell of smoke. All the staff we encountered are very helpful. We’ve stayed at the mosaic before and is my favourite of all the hotels at blue mountain resort."

"The pool is very small and the pictures are deceiving. If you are looking for a pool for kids to play in you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise the hotel is very reasonable for the price point given the included breakfast."
