The location is absolutely perfect (only a 1-minute walk to the Château d'Eau Metro station,) making it so easy to get around the city. The staff (Océane / Agnes / overnight) were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well.
