"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although I had a taxi pick me up just before 6am the staff member on the desk made me a quick cup of coffee.

"Good rooms and booked with parking which meant it was a good deal for a gatewick flight , gatwick is £20 from the hotel. Food a bit expensive , rooms a standard holiday inn. All in all worth the saving exoensive on sits hotels
