"Couldn’t recommend The Tenpus at Charlton Hall more! We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges and had such a lovely relaxing time. We had planned to eat at the Lobster Pot in Bamburgh but lucky for us they were a chef down and couldn’t accommodate us so we ate in the Tempus restaurant which was outstanding. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was so friendly and made us very welcome. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to book again… absolutely loved everything about our visit."

"This is a new hotel. The location is opposite the castle and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. It has a private carpark with EV chargers. Room was great, new and well equipped. Staff were friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both meals were of a good standard. Fully recommended ."
