3 sour points....refused a drink at 10pm despite advertising as open till 11...disturbed at 2pm,drunken guests trying doors as obviously couldnt find their room...bathroom had occasional stench,possible drainage problem....."
"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"
"Not quite as it appears in the photos! Large space but a bit "dusty". Definitely a bit misleading. The host is VERY nice and friendly. Communication was great! The full English breakfast was a lot of food!! The village was cute and the local pub was awesome."
