Property very large. Takes some time to get anywhere. Rooms dated. AC barely cooling the room. Food was pretty good. Staff was ok. Taxi from and to the airport 45min away for 5 people was $160 each way. Taxi to the nearest town 5-10min away $60. $320 for a round trip to the airport is way too much in my opinion. Not worth it. I will never be back.

If you are intense to someone spends an awful vacations then recommend this hotel . 1- lots of animals around your food your belongings ,,they steal everything inside your bags , they took your food form your hands 2-staff is completely unfriendly and racist , the only great service was provided by Alexis at the pool bar , the rest are horrible 3-Transportation is a mess , only one golf cart for all the property benign this huge and unsafe becáis is a jingle and lots of animals around , including alligator alerts at the beach access . 4-No power light enough at the rooms to connect and charging your devices . 5-Bad smell everywhere . 6-Biffet options were the same every single day for breakfast and in general foos was not tasty or good , drinks and cocktails were awful , poor quality .Night entertainment was not week organized , a la carts restaurants horrible service , no concierge welcomes you when you arrive , even I was in a family trip and we were platinum guests with VIP service paid by us , it doesn’t work .Tequila bar pool was dirty and cooties drink water form the pools , staff was rude ,everywhere , they serve Champaign’s on plastic cups , in general this hotel is not recommendable to anyone . We spent a horrible weeks there and the worst is nobody cares , so you can not even complain be wise they show you that you are not important neither appreciated, they think they are doing you a favor instead of treating you as a belied guest or customer .Really Bad

No recibi ningun beneficio por tener la manilla platinum, el costumer service muy pobre y malo, el senor del restaurante el vaqueri llamado Carlos y Marilu pesimos personas tratando al público, no muestran ni un poco de respeto por los clientes , no se ni como los mantienen alli , y el senor Roberto supervisor del buffet ,el transporte en el hotel pesimo , solo un carrito para transportar hasta las habitaciones, cuando deberian haber dos , mas de 20 minutos esperando, los muchachos del bar de la primera piscina Alexis , muy atentos y muy buen costumer service ,y Jose en el restaurant Mamma mia , lo mismo , excelente , la comida muy poco variada , en fin no recomiendo este hotel y lo d VIP creo k no le pega .
