"I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel. It’s actually a 3-star hotel. There are permanent strains on the washroom titles (the materials are of low quality). The attached washrooms are too small (no room for shower). Too many staff but most of them (specially at the front desks) are unprofessional. The hotel is located quite far away from the main road (Dolphin Square), so it’s inconvenient due to the limited dining options. My room was well equipped for a business visit with good working space and wifi, as well as being comfortable, quiet and had a great view towards the beach and sea.
