The best area to stay in Cox is within the village centre itself, particularly around the church and main square, as it offers the most convenience and a pleasant local experience.

This central area is the heart of Cox. It's quite small and walkable, with the impressive Saint-Pierre aux Liens church as a focal point. You'll find a few local shops, a bakery, and perhaps a small market depending on the day. The main square often hosts local events and provides a good spot to relax.

For couples looking for a peaceful and authentic French village experience, staying near the church is ideal. You're close to the few local amenities and can enjoy quiet strolls through the village streets, truly experiencing rural Occitanie.
