Located on a corner block, this good size family home is a few minutes’ drive from the centre of town, close to the boat ramp and beach.
Waterloo @ Cowes features, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan dining, lounge and kitchen and large outdoor entertaining area. - Main bedroom has a Queen bed, built in wardrobe, TV with DVD player, fan & heater - Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds or you can join 2 singles and make into a Queen bed, TV with DVD player, fan & heater - Bedroom 3 has two single beds - An open plan living, dining & kitchen area. - Living area has a smart TV, lounge chairs and 2 seperate doors to outdoor entertaining area - The kitchen has all the modern appliances, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave and more. - Family bathroom with shower, bath, and vanity basin - Bathroom / Laundry – has a shower, toilet and washing machine - Separate toilet - Large outdoor entertaining area facing north and east with BBQ - Large area to park your cars, boat or trailer - This home is not fenced except a small area on the west side. - A good size front yard. - Pets are only allowed upon request
PLEASE NOTE: LINEN;: sheets, pillowcase and bath towels are not provided. You can bring your own or hire then from the holiday manager. There are doonas with covers, pillows, extra blankets, bathmat, hand towel and tea towels.
BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location and a perfect family home or a couple of friends for you to enjoy your break away.
