This is a cosy four bedroom brick home, featuring an open living area with kitchen including electric cooking and microwave, dining table and chairs. The living area has a Tv, Dvd, video and split system for heating / cooling. The large windows keep the sun streaming in and open up to the front balcony.
The 4 bedrooms are set up to cater to the large family with king bed in the main bedroom. 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds and 1 bedroom has a single bed and cot.
The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath and toilet is in the laundry.
There is a front deck and fenced rear back garden with bbq and outdoor setting and room to play. The property is within walking distance to Cowes shops and beautiful Silverleaves / Cowes beach.

We've been staying at this particular property for a few years now. We play in the local bowling clubs' annual tournament and the location is just a short walk to the club, as well as the centre of town, which is perfect for us. The house is old but comfortable with all the necessary amenities and it suits our needs perfectly.
The location was great. The interior needs to be updated, especially the carpet. It was affordable, so if it is updated, the price will go up significantly.
The house is clean and cosy and well appointed. It's also very well located, with the beach, bowling club and main street not far away. An enjoyable stay was had by us all.

Very old but comfortable house.
We enjoyed our stay at Cowes. We weren't at the house that often as we had a fishing boat and was on that most of the time. The worst thing was the neighbours cypress tree overhung the driveway so bad that my car and boat just fitted under and was covered in pine sap every day. Desperately needs cutting back.
The property is old, but as expected as per the listing. A lot more included in the property than expected as the agents listing suggested bringing almost everything. Tea towels, bath mat, hand towels were supplied. The heating is pretty poor, ok if you are sitting in the lounge, the bedrooms were cold. BBQ was excellent. Overall the property was large, comfortable and clean. The owners food is in the freezer and there personal effects around, which felt strange. Was about a 10 min walk to Cowes centre. The DVD collection was excellent and the large screen TV an asset

Very dusty & mouldy smell.
It's like the place hadn't been opened for a long time.
The listing should have outlined just how poor this place really was.
From the torn screen that was difficult to open to the chat carpet & the worst bed ever, they should have paid us.
That will teach me for leaving it so late booking a place.

We had a pleasant weekend stay. It's a neat and tidy house, and the lawn looked freshly mowed. Also a good location to the shops, plus there's plenty to see within walking distance. No complaints.
This was the second time I'd stayed at this particular property and it hadn't changed. It was still comfortable and clean, the amenities are good, the location is excellent, only a short walk to the beach and the bowling club and a comfortable walk into the town centre. The only issue I had was some interference on the TV at certain times. Overall I have enjoyed my stays at this house.
The house is a clean, tidy and comfortable older residence that is close to the beach, the bowling club and across the road from the local footy club. It's not spectacular but it is well appointed with a large TV and a huge DVD collection should the weather keep the guests inside. It's pet friendly with a fenced rear yard and a pet door along with food and water bowls which is very handy for those wishing to take their fur babies on holiday with them. Very reasonable rental rates make this ideal for a nice, comfortable stay in Cowes any time of the year.
Good house, old and simple but worked well for us. Very secure back yard for small children. Excellent location to skate park, beach, bowling and town. Has two showers, excellent for when coming back from beach. Shower outside perfect for surfers too. Kitchen needs updating but works well. Maybe remove all the family photos and family’s personal food and bathroom items before others turn up, Other than that over all a good place to stay.
Great location, walking distance to beach, Cowes restaurants, shops etc. Fully fenced backyard, dog friendly, plenty of space for the family, comfortable. Best DVD collection we’ve seen to date! older property needs a little TLC.

We stayed at this place with two border collies and it was perfect, nice large back yard that is well fenced.
The house was excellent and great for the two families we went with. My 3yo son had a huge choice of dvd's to watch and lots of room to play around.
Bedrooms are good size and kitchen had everything you need without having to bring up all your plates etc.
The location is great, 5 mins walk from the beach and shops with Coles at the end!
Cannot wait to come back and stay again. Only thing is one key to the house makes life a little difficult if more than one family! All in all, just right!
