The beautifully designed open plan lounge/dining area, has vinyl flooring and lounge setting for 5-6 guests. This area is heated and cooled by a split system and ceiling fans. You will find plenty of magazines, so you can sit back and enjoy your stay. There is limited Wifi with Netflix and also a PlayStation provided to keep the children occupied, while the adults sit back and relax. The dining table is located behind the lounge area and has seating for 6. This area overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard.
With an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher and microwave, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
A queen size bed, ensuite with shower and toilet and access to its own private court yard allows complete privacy for the master bedroom. The second and third bedroom each have two king singles, which can join together to make a King sized beds.
The main bathroom has a combined bath and shower.
There is ample parking onsite, even for a boat and you will find the secure garage has a Table Tennis table and access to the substantially sized backyard.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
