Looking for a seaside getaway?!!
This stunning studio apartment is ideal for a weekend getaway and is located over the road from Cowes Beach, a short stroll to Erehwon Park playground, easy walking distance to the main shopping street and an abundance of local cafes and restaurants.

The property is situated on the second floor in the Waves complex, over looking the car park and comprises of entry/kitchenette/set of bunks and single bed. The queen size bed is in the area with the couches. No wifi.

There are no separate bedrooms, with a queen bed in the lounge room and a bunk and one single bed in the dining/kitchenette area, the studio suits a family looking for a holiday near the beach.

There is a dining table, a kitchenette including fridge, microwave and cook top.
The lounge/queen bed area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, study desk, split system heater/air conditioner, balcony with table and chairs.
The central bathroom has a large corner spa, toilet and separate shower.

There is secure off street parking.

Entrance/kitchen area has 1 x singe bed and 1 x set of bunks, (suitable for children).

Living Room with TV has 1 x queen bed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian, or parent.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties, or any other parties allowed. (**Conditions below).
It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

LINEN - The property supplies Doonas with covers, underlays, and pillows, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats, and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $20 per person.
Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival and it will be available for collection when you pick up your keys.

GUEST REGISTRATION FORM - You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Driver’s License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: applies to all our holiday rental properties.
This Property is NOT PET FRIENDLY.

KEY COLLECTION - ALL KEYS MUST BE COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE as per our instructions – Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
If a Cancellation is requested at any time, the 50% deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to a future date at the same property.
This credit can be held for 12 months only, after which it is forfeited.

(** If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort, and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately, and extra charges may apply.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners.
